Hailey chase kirby, attorney

Experience

Hailey has been practicing law since 2020. She began her career at the Wayne County District Attorney's Office where she served as an Assistant District Attorney. In 2022 she decided to make the change and join a local firm, where she began to focus on Domestic Law. She opened her own practice in 2026 and continues to assist clients on an array of Domestic Law matters.

Education

Hailey is a graduate of Charles B, Aycock High School in 2012. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from East Carolina University in 2016. She then moved on to North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2019.

When Hailey is not assisting you on your case, you can find her spending time with her family and friends. She is most happy spending time at home with her boys. She is an active member of Princeton Church, where she volunteers in the Children's Ministry.

Gracie Hinnant, Legal Assistant

About Gracie

Gracie Hinnant was born and raised in Wayne County, North Carolina. She is a graduate of Spring Creek High School. Upon graduating she went on to attend Wayne Community College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Office Administration. During her time at Wayne Community College she obtained several accolades and certificates. She received the Academic Excellence Award, one of the highest honors a student can receive and graduated with Honors. Gracie embarked on her legal assisting career almost three years ago as Hailey's assistant.
